User responsibility
Users of I/OMagic’s website (the "USER") assume all responsibility for use of the I/OMagic website. The USER waives all claims against I/OMagic, its officers, directors, employees, information suppliers and programmers that may arise from the utilization of the I/OMagic website.

User’s information submissions

By submitting information to I/OMagic, the USER implicitly grants I/OMagic the authority and right to use that content in any way, including, but not limited to, the marketing and purchasing of I/OMagic products.

Indemnity
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless I/OMagic, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and any third party information suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation by the USER of the foregoing terms and conditions.
