Standard Return Policy

  • Return for refund within 15 days of purchase. See Refund Policy.
  • Return for replacement within 30 days of purchase.

If you need to return a product to us, please follow the steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently. Most products can be returned for either a refund or for a replacement of the same item.

Please submit the following information with a legible copy of your Sales Receipt via e-mail, fax, or U.S. Mail to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#):

  • An Address Where We Can Send Your Replacement
  • Telephone Number
  • E-Mail Address
* Do not return your product before obtaining an RMA #. Product sent without an RMA# will be refused and returned to you.

If the product is deemed within the warranty period, you will receive a response usually within one business day and an RMA# will be issued.

Once you have obtained an RMA#, print this number boldly on the outside of the package and mail to the above address. Any packages received without an RMA# will be refused.

Send only the product itself (no cables, manuals or software).

A replacement product will be returned to the owner, via USPS only, within 15 days from the time of receipt at I/OMagic’s RMA center. Any other method of shipping (Certified Mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.) will be at Purchaser's expense.

 I/OMagic cannot be held responsible for late, lost or misdirected packages.

Refund Policy

1. If a product is returned within 15 days of purchase and the “Packaging Seals” have not been removed, the Purchaser will receive a refund equal to the original purchase price less a $5.00 handling charge.

2. If a product is returned within 15 days of purchase and the “Packaging Seals” have been removed and the product has not been damaged or marred, the Purchaser will receive a refund equal to the original purchase price less a 25% restocking fee and a $5.00 handling charge.
